Enrollment & Billing
At M&G, enrollment is simple and ongoing. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about tuition, billing, and policies.
Ongoing Enrollment
Once your child is enrolled, their spot is secured for the full season (September–June), which concludes with our annual End of the Year Show.
No monthly re-enrollment is needed.
All students participate in the show to celebrate their growth and showcase their skills.
Tuition & Fees
Annual Registration Fee:
A one-time $25 registration fee is charged at first enrollment each season (applies to all programs except Competitive Team and Open Gym).
Monthly Tuition:
Tuition is automatically charged to the card on file on the 1st of each month.
Tuition is flat and not based on the number of classes.
The number of classes may vary (3, 4, or 5) due to holidays, weather, or gym closures.
No refunds or credits for missed or dropped classes.
Monthly Tuition Rates:
Parent & Me: $72/month
Preschool 3–5: $72/month
Advanced Preschool: $81/month
Recreational Gymnastics: $87/month
Advanced Gymnastics: $115/month

Adult Gymnastics: $60/month — $20/drop-in
Open Gym: $10/class
Multi-Child / Multi-Class Discount:
We offer a 10% discount for:
Families with more than one child enrolled
Children enrolled in more than one class
Cancellation & Late Fees
Cancellation Policy:
You may unenroll at any time; however, a 30-day written notice (email is sufficient) must be provided before the 1st of the month you wish to end enrollment to avoid being charged for the following month.
Example:
To end enrollment effective June 1, notice must be submitted by May 1.
Notices received after May 1 will result in a June tuition charge, with enrollment ending July 1.
Late Fees:
$10 late fee applied to payments made after the 7th of the month
If payment is not received by the 14th, your child will be unenrolled and their spot released
Make-Up Policy
Monthly tuition holds your child’s spot regardless of attendance.
Classes are not prorated, credited, or refunded for absences, including illness, vacation, holidays, or snow days
Each child is eligible for one make-up class per month
Must be scheduled in advance
Subject to class availability
48-hour notice required to reschedule
Failure to attend a scheduled make-up class will forfeit that opportunity for the month
What to Wear
Children should wear:
A leotard, or
Comfortable athletic clothing (shorts/leggings and t-shirt)
No shoes or socks are worn in the gym for safety.
End-of-Year Show
Each June, all students participate in our annual End of the Year Show to celebrate progress and perform for family and friends.
